Assen Gasharov is a Senior Energy Expert at the EIB, with 20 years experience in the area of sustainable energy and climate change. He has held similar roles at the European Commission, the International Energy Agency (IEA) and private companies. He has worked extensively on building-related projects from a technical and financial perspective.
